We do onsite supervision of hull, machinery, steel renewal, piping, coatings, propulsion systems, and equipment overhauls to verify quality, workmanship and compliance with approved specifications. 

 We monitor  repairs, inspections, testing, Class surveys, Flag State requirements, OEM recommendations and arrange statutory certifications to ensure full regulatory compliance before vessel delivery. 

 We closely track project progress, control repair costs, manage variations, verify contractor claims, and provide transparent and timely reporting to metigate uncertainities and ensure operational readiness.
